Shipping policy
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship orders within Japan only. International shipping is not available.
2. Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use reputable domestic carriers to deliver orders. Estimated delivery times are:
• Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, natural disasters, weather conditions, or other external factors.
4. Shipping Fees
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, which will be ¥900 for all deliveries within Japan.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Tracking & Delivery
• Once an order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. Customers can track their package through the carrier’s website.
• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice for redelivery arrangements.
• We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or customer unavailability.
6. Delayed, Lost, or Undelivered Shipments
• We are not liable for delays, loss, or undelivered shipments caused by the shipping carrier or factors beyond our control.
• If a shipment is delayed significantly, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly with the provided tracking information.
• If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will investigate and determine whether a replacement or refund is applicable.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
• Customers must inspect their package upon arrival.
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order at info@030tokyo.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging.
• If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund as required by Japanese law.
8. Return of Undeliverable Packages
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal, or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees for resending.
• If the customer chooses not to have the package resent, a refund will be issued excluding shipping fees.
