Prices are listed on each product page and include consumption tax unless otherwise stated.

Additional Fees
- Consumption tax (if not included in the listed price) 
- Shipping fee: ¥900 (flat rate for all domestic orders within Japan) 
- Bank transfer fees (for payments made by bank transfer) 
- Convenience store payment fees or other method-specific fees (via KOMOJU) 
- Paidy payment fees (depending on payment method selected: convenience store payment up to ¥390 per billing cycle, bank transfer incurs bank fees, account transfer is free)

Payment Methods and Timing
- Payment Methods: Credit card, PayPal, Convenience store payment (konbini), Bank transfer, Pay-easy, Paidy, PayPay, Merpay (メルペイ), au PAY (via KOMOJU) 
- Payment Timing:
  - Credit card and PayPal: Processed at order confirmation. 
  - Convenience store payment, bank transfer, Pay-easy: Payment must be completed within 3 days from order date (or as specified in payment instructions from KOMOJU). Orders process after payment confirmation. Late payments may cancel automatically. 
  - Paidy: Monthly billing cycle. Payment confirmed by the end of each month, invoice issued on the 1st of the following month, notified by email/SMS by the 5th. Payment methods include convenience store payment, bank transfer, or account transfer. Payment due by the 27th of each month. 
  - PayPay, Merpay, au PAY: Processed at order confirmation via smartphone app.

Delivery Time
Orders dispatch within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Yamato Transport delivery adds 1–3 business days. Times may vary due to carrier issues.

Delivery Method and Shipping Fee
Domestic Japan delivery via Yamato Transport at ¥900 flat rate.

Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellations
- Customer convenience returns/exchanges not accepted. 
- For defective/damaged/incorrect items, contact within 7 days of receipt for exchange/refund (unused/unopened only).
