Change of mind

Most of what we sell is handmade and one of a kind, so we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for a change of mind, including wrong size. Please check the measurements before ordering, ask us anything, or come and try it on at our shop in Shibuya.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, email info@030tokyo.com as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days of delivery) with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

• We replace the item (if we have another) or refund you.
• We pay all return and reshipping costs.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of our confirmation; your card provider may take longer.

Event tickets

Tickets are not refundable for a change of mind. If we cancel an event, we refund you in full.
