FAQ

Answers to what people ask us most about orders, shipping, payment and events. Anything else: info@030tokyo.com or DM us on Instagram.

Shop and pieces

Are the pieces really one of a kind?
Most of them, yes: there is only one of each. Once sold, a piece moves to the sold archive, and we rarely restock. If you like something, don’t wait too long.
How do I check the size?
Where we have them, measurements are on the product page under “Size & measurements”. If anything is unclear, email info@030tokyo.com or DM us on Instagram with the product name.
Can I try things on in the shop, or reserve them?
Pieces in the online shop are also in our shop in Shibuya, where you can try them on. Because each piece is one of a kind, whoever buys first, online or in the shop, gets it. We can’t hold or reserve pieces.
Can I shop tax-free?
Not at the moment: we don’t offer tax-free sales.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?
Not at the moment.
I’m a designer. Can I sell at (03)0?
Send a few photos or a link to your work to info@030tokyo.com or by DM on Instagram. See who we carry on the designers page.

Shipping and pickup

How much is shipping?
Within Japan, shipping is free on orders from ¥30,000; otherwise it is ¥1,000 (Hokkaido and Okinawa ¥1,500), including tax. Pickup at our shop in Shibuya is free. Event tickets don’t count toward the free-shipping amount.
When will my order arrive?
We ship with Yamato within 2–4 business days after payment, and delivery usually takes 1–3 days. We email you a tracking number when it ships. You can pick a delivery time slot at checkout.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, by EMS to Hong Kong and Singapore (¥3,500 + ¥1,000 per additional item) and to Australia, New Zealand and Canada (¥5,500 + ¥1,500 per additional item). Import duties and local taxes are paid by the recipient. More on the shipping page.
Can I pick up my order at the shop?
Yes, for free: choose “Free pickup at our shop in Shibuya” at checkout. We email you when it’s ready; collect it during opening hours within 14 days of our email.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPay, Rakuten Pay, d Barai, au PAY, Merpay, konbini (convenience store), bank transfer, Pay-easy and Paidy (pay next month). Payments are processed by KOMOJU. Konbini and Pay-easy must be paid within 3 days, bank transfer within 14 days; unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after that.
Do prices include tax?
Prices for orders within Japan include consumption tax. Orders shipped abroad are charged the same price; as exports, they are exempt from Japanese consumption tax.

Returns and cancellations

Can I return or exchange something?
We don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, email info@030tokyo.com as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days) with your order number and photos, and we replace or refund it at our cost, shipping included. See returns.
How do I check my order?
On the order status page, with your order number and email address.

Events and tickets

How do event tickets work?
Nothing is shipped: after paying you get an order email, and your name goes on the guest list. Show the email at the door. Tickets are valid on the event date.
Can I buy a ticket at the door?
Online and door tickets share one stock, so if any are left you can buy one at the shop on the day.
What if an event is cancelled?
We refund you in full. If someone else is coming in your place, let us know at info@030tokyo.com beforehand.
Can I host an event at (03)0?
Yes, see host an event.
