Where we ship and what it costs

Within Japan: Free on orders from ¥30,000; otherwise ¥1,000 (Hokkaido and Okinawa ¥1,500), including tax. Pickup at our shop in Shibuya is free. Event tickets don’t count toward the free-shipping amount. We also ship to Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and Canada (see below).

Dispatch and delivery

• We ship with Yamato within 2–4 business days after payment. Delivery usually takes 1–3 days, depending on the region.
• You can choose a delivery time slot at checkout.
• We email you a tracking number when your order ships.
• Around New Year and busy periods, dispatch can take longer.

Pickup at the shop

Choose “Free pickup at our shop in Shibuya” at checkout. We email you when your order is ready. Collect it during opening hours (Mon–Wed 12:00–20:00, Thu–Sun 12:00–23:00) at Fuji Building 1F, 1-3-2 Jinnan, Shibuya. Please pick up within 14 days of our email.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a parcel is lost or damaged on the way, we sort it out with Yamato and replace or refund the item.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or because it was not collected, reshipping is charged to you.

International shipping (EMS)

Hong Kong, Singapore	¥3,500 + ¥1,000 per additional item
Australia, New Zealand, Canada	¥5,500 + ¥1,500 per additional item

• Shipped by Japan Post EMS within 2–4 business days after payment; usually arrives 2–6 days after dispatch, depending on customs. Tracked and insured.
• Orders shipped abroad are charged the same prices (as exports, they are exempt from Japanese consumption tax).
• Import duties, local taxes and customs fees are paid by the recipient. If you refuse a parcel, return and reshipping costs are charged to you.
• Event tickets can be bought from abroad, but events take place at our shop in Shibuya.
• We will add more countries once we have checked their rules.
